"The Expendables"?

An all-star cast of ass kickers. The baddest muthafu**ers to hit the screen. "The Expendables" is the theatrical equivalent to Halley's comet. A man can live a lifetime and not have a film with such an all-star cast.

Independent Record Store Day.

Last Saturday was "Record Store Day". I spent the day digging in Visalia, at Velouria (top pic), and a spot in Fresno (second pic) with my boy Rob. The Fresno spot was pretty sweet. The selection of records was on point, I'll be back fo sho. One thing I hate about all these shops is how they price common records. For example, the third pic is of a record that you'll see EVERYWHERE. This record should not go for more than $1. Last Saturday, I saw it going for $8. That record definitely isn't going anywhere.

I bought some records this Sunday at the "Beat Swap Meet". If you're not up on it, check it out. You'll find some great gems. I'll be playing some of the new records in the new set. My goal is to post a mix every two weeks. Stay Tuned.

There are Potheads talking about voting for the very first time to legalize marijuana in California. How many do think will actually vote? On a side note, the "seed" has been planted. The batch will surely get you high.
